In the end of 2023, IO-BAS team successfully deployed one more Argo float (WMO 3902461) in the Black Sea. The float is model ARVOR-I, equipped with SBE CTD and AADI optode sensors. Currently the number of active Argo floats in the Black Sea is 13 out of which 8 are operated by Bulgarian Argo programme.
